On 12th August, 2025, teeming youths of Ondo State North Senatorial District converged at Owo township Hall to endorse Engr. Michael Abayomi Adeyanju for Senate 2027.
The youths marked the Youth Day Celebration with anticipation to bring in good representative at the red chambers by 2027.
The Secretary General of Imole Progressive Network, Hon. Christopher Olorunfemi, while addressing the youth, stated that Engr. Mike Adeyanju has not declared for any political office now, but running an NGO that is committed to ease the suffering of the masses, and the evidence is everywhere to see.
Engr. Mike Adeyanju has done a lot for his people in the last ten years, and not tired, the youths of Ondo North believe his mandate is going to be a great gift from God.
Among the dignitaries that attended World Youth Day in Owo, where Engr. Mike Adeyanju was asked to go for senate were the youth representatives from all the 72 wards across the North Senatorial District, the project manager of IPN, Hon. Fesojaye Hassan, Hon. The Youth Day was not just a gathering, but a moment of truth as the youths spoke their minds regarding the neglect of their constituency by the current senator, who flaunts flamboyant lifestyle above the welfare of the teeming youth that voted for him, hence, the need to secure a fresh air is non negotiable.
