Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), has expressed deeply shock over the death of Nihinloluwa Agoro and her two children – Temiloluwa and Isaac, in a road accident in Fort Bend County, Texas in the US.
Dabiri-Erewa In a statement by Abdur-Rahman Balogun, the Commission’s Head of Media, Public Relations and Protocols Unit, said that such a sudden loss is heartbreaking for any family, especially during what should have been an ordinary journey.
She expressed deepest sympathy to the family, praying for the repose of the deceased and comfort for those left behind.
She also wished a speedy recovery to anyone injured in the accident.
The NiDCOM boss equally called for caution on the roads to prevent such tragedies, as she stands with the Nigerian community in Texas, and the US in general, who are affected by this loss.
Thefrontrank reports that Nihinlolawa Agboro, 44, and her two children – Temiloluwa, 18, and Isaac, 22, died in a road accident in Texas, US on Sunday March15, on their way to church.
It was gathered from Fox26Houston that the incident occurred along US Highway 90A in Fort Bend County.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, which confirmed the incident, said the crash happened shortly before 9:30 a.m. between Harlem Road and Pitts Road, involving a truck and a sport utility vehicle carrying five occupants.
Authorities said the truck lost control, crossed the median, and collided head-on with the oncoming SUV.
