The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested a former Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige.
Ngige, a former Anambra State governor, was arrested in Abuja.
His arrest was confirmed in a statement on Wednesday night, signed by his former media aide, Fred Chukwulobe.
“Former Governor of Anambra State and immediate past minister of labour and employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, is with the EFCC. More details later,” Chukwulobe.
Thefrontrank reports that EFCC is yet to issue statement on the arrest of Ngige.
