Pa Joseph Akindutirẹ Akinbiọla, the father of a former Chairman of Irele Local Government Area of Ondo State, Hon. Nicholas Akinbiola, has died.
He was aged 89.
Pa Akinbiola passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at about 5.00pm after a brief illness.
Papa Akinbiola is survived by many children and grandchildren amongst them are Hon. Nicholas Oluwatobi Akinbiola, Senior Special Assistant to the President of the Senate; and Dr Sunday Akinbiola, Publisher of Hero Magazine International.
A statement by the family said that the burial arrangements would be announced later.
