A former Ondo State Head of Service, Alaba Isijola, fondly called “Isijay” is dead.
He was aged 73.
Isijola, a native of Owo in Owo Local government area of Ondo State reportedly died on Tuesday night.
Isijola was regarded as the most celebrated head of service in Ondo State especially by civil servants.
He was known for his diligence and dedication to duty.
Isijola was appointed Head of Service by the Dr Olusegun Agagu’s administration.
He was a labour leader.
