Four members of the house of representatives have dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Three lawmakers – Inuwa Garuba (Yamaltu/Deba federal constituency of Gombe), Abdullahi El-Rasheed (Dakku/Nafada federal constituency of Gombe), and Mohammed Audu (Karim Lamido Lau/Ardo-Kola federal constituency), dumped the PDP for the APC.
Obika Chinedu, lawmaker representing Abuja Municipal/Bwari federal constituency of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), defected from the LP to the APC.
