As the revered King and the Orodje of Great Okpe Kingdom, HRM, Major Gen. Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd), CFR, Orhue 1, celebrates another milestone birthday, Hon. Henry Baro, the Asiwaju of Delta State, has extended his warmest congratulations.
