The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the appeal filed by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) against the business mongul, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, and the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
The apex court in its ruling dismissed the case and affirmed the Court of Appeal judgment that ruled in favour of Ibrahim and NAICOM.
