The All Progressives Congress in Ondo State on Tuesday picked a former member of the House of Representatives, Kolawole Babatunde, as its Chairman.
The party also elected a veteran journalist, Alex Kalejaye as the Secretary.
Thefrontrank reports that the new members of the State Executive Committee emerged through consensus.
The State Congress of the party is taking place at the The Dome International Event Centre, Akure.
The 37 officials will steer the affairs of the party for the next four years.
Until his emergence, Kolawole was the Special Adviser on Party and Legislative Affairs to GovernorLuckyAiyedatiwa.
