In line with the people-first urban development agenda of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the Ondo State Signage and Advertisement Agency (OSSA) has intensified the removal of dilapidated, weak, and unauthorized signage structures across our state.
This exercise isn’t just enforcement, it’s about safety, order, and giving Ondo State the modern cityscape it deserves.
As the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Signage & Advertisement, I want to reaffirm that this operation targets structures that are aging, non-compliant, illegally mounted, or posing risks to the public.
We are committed to working with advertisers, outdoor practitioners, and business owners to ensure every installation meets approved standards and reflects global best practices.
Please ensure your signage is properly registered, structurally sound, and fully approved to avoid removal or penalties. Together, we will continue shaping a cleaner, safer, and more organized Ondo State.
Signed:
Yòmí Oyékàn
