Uwheru Kingdom in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State was a sea of joy on Wednesday, November 13, 2025, as residents gathered in their hundreds to benefit from the Free Medical Outreach sponsored by Rev. Anthony Ogugu, a distinguished son of Great Agbarho Kingdom. This revered philanthropist, humble servant, and friend of the people has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to serving humanity.
“A tree is known by its fruits,” and Rev. Ogugu’s fruits are ripe and abundant. The programme, a collaborative effort between Christ Envoy International and CrestPoint Hope Alliance (USA), was a groundbreaking event that brought succour, joy, and healing to the people of Uwheru Kingdom. “A stitch in time saves nine,” and Rev. Ogugu’s timely intervention has indeed saved many from the clutches of ill health, bringing hope to the hopeless and comfort to the afflicted.
“I’ve not seen a man like you, Rev. Ogugu,” Madam Florence Akpomerha exclaimed, her eyes brimming with tears of gratitude. “God Almighty, give him good health, wisdom, longevity, and more money into his various bank accounts,” she prayed, echoing the sentiments of Mr. Godswill Okpako, who thanked the organizer and general coordinator, Rev. John Ogheneovo, for bringing the much-needed medical care to their doorstep.
Rev. Ogugu’s humanitarian mission is a shining beacon of hope in a world where kindness is often in short supply. His tireless efforts to spread joy and healing to Delta communities are a proof to his unwavering commitment to making a difference. As the saying goes, “A man is known by his deeds,” and Rev. Ogugu’s deeds are a reflection of his selfless dedication to serving others.
The ongoing free medical outreach will continue in Ughelli on November 13 and 14, at Life Redemption Evangel Ministry Incorporated, Ughelli, and in Ogharefe on November 20, at RCCG Heaven’s Gate Assembly Parish, Ogharefe.
Rev. Ogugu, you are indeed a promise keeper, a true servant of God, and a champion of humanity. God bless your tireless efforts and may your tribe increase.
