There is palpable fear in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State as man, Daniel, allegedly beheaded his brother, Emmanuel.
The incident occurred on Monday evening near the Origbara River in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Thefrontrank reports that incident has plunged the community into confusion and fear.
Residents say they are struggling to comprehend what could have led to such a brutal act.
“Till now, we don’t know what actually transpired between them that could have led him to kill his stepbrother,” one of the residents said.
Further findings revealed that both men were sons of a well-known police officer in the community.
A police source, who confirmed the incident, said investigations were ongoing to unravel the motive behind the killing.
