
Political tsunami has started ravaging the Ondo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as prominent members are set to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The development comes as the 2027 general elections approach, with the ADC gaining momentum under the leadership of its interim National Chairman, David Mark.
Those eyeing ADC include a former PDP governorship candidate, Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, Senator Nicholas Tofowomo, Hon. Bode Ayorinde, founder the Achievers University; Tola Alabere, and scores of leaders of the party in the state.
Unveiling the Ondo State chapter of ADC on Tuesday in Akure, the State Coordinator, Ayorinde urged party leaders at ward and local government levels to work towards increasing the number of members.
Also at the ADC unveiling were former PDP spokesperson in the state, Mr Kennedy Peretei and Dr
Shola Agboola, former state Secretary, Social Democratic Party (SDP).
