The Coalition of Pro-Tinubu Support Groups in Ondo State has commended the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for what it described as the transparent, credible, and commendable conduct of the recently concluded National Assembly Primaries in the state.
The Coalition which comprised 16 support groups, stated this in a statement on Tuesday in Akure.

They stated that the successful conclusion of the exercise demonstrated APC’s unwavering commitment to internal democracy, institutional integrity, and the supremacy of the party’s constitution.
According to the groups, the national leadership has once again proven that fairness, justice, and due process remain the bedrock of the party’s decision-making process.
”The APC has once again demonstrated that democracy is strengthened when party structures are respected and constitutional procedures are faithfully followed. We salute the National Leadership for resisting undue pressure and ensuring that the collective will of party members prevailed,” the Coalition said.
While congratulating all successful candidates who emerged from the primaries, the Coalition urged those who did not secure the party’s tickets to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship, place the interest of the APC above individual ambitions, and channel any grievances through the constitutionally recognised mechanisms of the party.
The groups emphasised that no democracy can thrive where personal interests are elevated above institutional processes. They called on all party stakeholders to reject divisive tendencies and rally behind the decisions of the APC in preparation for the forthcoming general election.
The Coalition while reaffirming its unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, pledged to continue mobilising grassroots support for the APC in Ondo State and promoting peace, unity and political stability across the country.
The groups urged every APC member to remain steadfast, united and committed to the collective vision of building a stronger, more prosperous Nigeria under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu.
