Dangote Refinery has reduced the ex-depot price of petrol by N175 per litre in the last three weeks.
Checks on Wednesday showed that Dangote Refinery had adjusted fuel price at least a fourth time to N1,075 per litre from N1,250 on June 16, 2026.
This means that in the period under review fuel prices had dropped by 14 per cent since June 16.
The development comes as the domestic petrol pump price adjusted to a sustained drop in the past three weeks to between N1,155 per litre and N1,299 per litre.
Meanwhile, Brent and West Texas Intermediate crude prices rose on Wednesday to between $78.19 and $73.70 per barrel on July 8, 2026.
