Abdul Tunji Mohammed, APC chieftain and philanthropist popularly known as ATM, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful in Ondo North, Ondo State, and across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
In a statement released today, ATM said the festival of Eid-el-Kabir, which commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s obedience and sacrifice, offers an important reminder of the values of faith, selflessness, and compassion.
“Eid-el-Kabir teaches us that true greatness lies in sacrifice and submission to a higher purpose,” ATM said. “As we celebrate, I urge us all to reflect on these lessons by showing kindness to our neighbors, supporting the vulnerable, and putting the collective good above personal interest.”
He commended the Muslim community in Ondo North for their contributions to peaceful coexistence and community development, noting that religious harmony remains the foundation for progress in the district.
ATM also called for continued prayers for Nigeria’s peace, stability, and economic recovery. He encouraged citizens to use the festive period to strengthen bonds across ethnic and religious lines.
“At a time when our nation faces economic and security challenges, unity is not optional. Let us use this celebration to renew our commitment to one another and to building a Nigeria that works for everyone,” he added.
The ATM political family wished all Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid-el-Kabir celebration and prayed that the season brings blessings, good health, and answered prayers to every home.
