Bobrisky arrives court, faces N180m money laundering, Naira abuse charges
The controversial transgender, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, was on Friday brought into the court in a white bus at about 9.12 a.m. by officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Bobrisky is still sitting inside the bus as parties await his arraignment.
Trial judge, Justice Abimbola Awogboro, is presiding over other cases and Bobrisky’s case is listed as No 10 on the courts list.
Bobrisky, who was arrested on Wednesday, is to appear before the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Bobrisky was granted an administrative bail by the EFCC on Thursday but couldn’t meet the bail conditions.
